TWIPLA adds a whole new level of analytics to my website. The heat maps and screen recording is next level. I now can understand more how my customers are interacting with my website and what areas do best and what areas could use improvement. Overall a solid app and the surveys and polls is an added bonus I didn't expect! I previously had been looking all over for an app for doing a survey and there wasn't anything very good. So when I came across that feature it really impressed me. Highly recommend this app

I really like that the app is easy to navigate and that your able to be on top of any activity going on through your site. All the information provided on the app is very useful.
