Tumult Hype is a great prototyping tool which is of huge value for those people who do not know how to code in html. An amazing feature is the fact that you can design an animation by using 2 main tools (timelines and scenes) which makes Tumult Hype very flexible. The additional optional to add some lines of code makes the software even more valuable.

I purchased this when it first came out at a time when i was looking for alternatives to Adobe Flash. This was timely option.

Tumult Hype makes it so easy to create animated web elements. I've actually created whole websites with it, as well as menus, and other web elements. It's pretty drag and drop and it doesn't take long to learn. I think it depends on how much experience you already have with linear motion editors.
