The assessments are valuable for conflict resolution and the hiring process. I specifically like the DISC and Driving Forces assessments, and I have also used the Emotional Intelligence reports. DISC is easy to understand and very accurate, and when combined with Driving Forces, it provides a broader and deeper picture. They put a great deal of research into their work and provide great marketing and support tools. Their staff is very helpful.
