Decent testing portal but with some poorly-thought features

Ability to test new software, wireframe webpages, finding bugs, performing test cases, providing valuable feedbacks whilst making some income and building tester's reputation in such a way that I would be more frequently invited for future tests. Another added benefit would be the chance to view and to perform test runs on new apps and websites that have yet to go live.
