TrustRadius is one of the most trusted and used websites when it comes to reading honest, detailed and in-depth reviews. I have also been using TrustRadius for almost 3 years now and have made many software buying decisions based on the reviews and talking to their experts. They have a word count for each of those questions, so you just can't give a one-line answer. You really need to invest your time and effort and note down your personal experience with that product. The good thing is that they do reward you well for your time and energy spent in writing that review. Their gift cards vary from 15$ to 25$ depending upon the software or product which you are reviewing.
