We choose TraxQM to enable a risk-based approach to our QMS. It has an intuitive workflow which we were able to map to our hybrid QMS. The deployment was easy, and the OneDrive synch and AI features have enhanced productivity. It has strengthened our compliance and helped in mitigating inspection deficiencies.
