The user experience is super user friendly and easy to understand. It is particularly helpful for onboarding new staff members and providing them with an easy place to refer back to subjects when learning company procedures. Existing staff also use it almost daily to double check subjects they need a refresher on. The team at Trainual are very supportive if you have any queries. I've attended webinars hosted by the team and they were both engaging and helpful.

The ability to add media in various forms has been my favorite part about Trainual. We have many subjects that have Youtube videos, Loom videos, attached PDFs, etc. Also the ability to link content from one subject to another subject has been helpful as we have many positions that overlap responsibilities
