Trainual allows me to make the team aware of the standard, leaving no confusion on the workflow and steps behind different tasks. As a manager, I value the convenience of not having to repeatedly guide team members through tasks they've already been trained on and I know that they appreciate having a space that they can refer back to for further clarification.
