The customer service and onboarding team were great. We also like the temapltes they provide and the AI intergration. Once we got started it was easy to update and bring on new employees.

Ease of use - the built-in Loom recording and AI option. We use Trainual for onboarding and continuing training for our entire team and love being able to assign content and check on usage/completion.
