Trainual is an advanced piece of technology that has allowed us to store all of our policies, processes, and procedures in one searchable encyclopedia. Now, rather than searching our inboxes for an email that contained a new process, we can come to Trainual and search for it - our employees will not only find the new SOP easier, but the most updated one, too! We're loving that multiple directors can manage their SOPs, but it can sound similar using AI "tone" features so it sounds like one consistent "voice" no matter what topic you're learning about. The automatic reminders and data helps us stay on top of who has and has not completed their work, reducing the amount of time we used to use sending out manual emails to each individual reminding them that something was overdue on a different, older LMS.
