We've given them feedback about features we'd like to see and what wasn't working so well and instead of it go to an email inbox no one ever checks, they actually do something about it. The customer service team will get back to you in no time with your suggestion or they're willing to help with any questions you have. We use Trainual everyday in our own business and to keep clients aligned.

I love the ease of use of all of the features. Once you figure out the format it's incredibly easy to start documenting processes. The template library is robust and helps to build out the basics when you just start. It is also incredibly easy for a non-tech saavy team to use right off the bat without any additional training, and our team adopted it very quickly.
