One of the best things about tracker is the integration. Specifically, the outlook add-in is a real time saver and encourages everyone to document. Another example is the chrome linked extender. This gives you the ability to create new candidates and client contacts with ease and then start tracking them....how many calls will it take to get this person on the phone....?

I love their customer support because Tracker are so responsive, friendly, and true problem solvers. They make me feel like I am their only client!! If they can't fix the issue right then, the issue is placed on the next upgrade.... and they do not forget. Later upgrades have eventually solved my initial problems.
