User friendly and intuitive platform. Tracks everything automatically through email tracking. I like the shortlist feature and ability to drag a candidate through the process. Customer service is superior. Morgan and Courtney are exceptional both in regard to training and responsiveness to questions.

At the time we selected Tracker as our new ATS, It provided the most complete solution compared to our needs. It has the potential to integrate with, replace, or work in tandem with a number of systems we had in place such as our invoicing and phone system. The robust reporting features and customization of the product was also very attractive.

I like that Tracker RMS was integrated with our email systems, integrated with LinkedIn and offered a texting solution. In addition, the system was easy to use and learn and the support has been great.
