I would say one of the things I like best about Total ETO is the ability to navigate and track parts. We have an inventory of over 10,000 parts and track hundreds of PO's that we have sent out to suppliers. Being able to easily identify parts and how many we have in inventory or how long before we receive parts is effective and necessary for smooth operation on a day to day basis

It has a simple interface that is easy to learn and teach. From release to release, you aren't learning new icons / new methods - they just continue to add features and functionality. It seems to be very stable on any workstation I've used it on. When questions do come up, they are taken seriously and addressed in a timely fashion by the staff. Also like that it appears to be a very low staff turnover / consistent people to talk with.
