The amount of features is decent and ability to track info.

I have been using BigBiller for about 2 1/2 years. I have used other ATS in the past but what I like best about Big Biller is that they are constantly updating the program and making it better. I asked about adding a few features and within months it was part of the update. BigBiller is great about onboarding people, providing training and ongoing training. I have actually talked to a live person when I have had questions. I tested out several other programs before going with BigBiller and was frustrated with the lack of support.

The ease of navigating in the system and connecting candidates, client managers, positions and companies together. I also love the integration with LinkedIn, which makes it so easy to keep track of all my candidates.
