I'll try to keep this short, but there's just a lot of good I can say about Rategenie. The first is that it's a Tokeet add-on, so only Tokeet users are able to use it - I consider this a positive because I honestly don't want any of my competition to have this power. It also means that there's virtually no setup process whatsoever - you log in and all your properties/listings are already there waiting for you. From there, you just make a pricing strategy that takes just a few minutes. The most impressive part to me is that Rategenie doesn't just calculate your rates and leave you to do all the work - it actually updates all of your listings with the new rates, and continues to monitor your properties' local activity and competition to adjust the rates fittingly EVERY DAY. Things change quickly, and I believe Rategenie is the only way to stay on top of it if you're interested in capitalizing at every turn and always staying ahead of the competition.
