The customer service is excellent and the community is really active if you sould have any questions. There are guides and blogs on most topics and some really helpful videos on Youtube, though the frequency of new videos have dropped from weekly to about once a month. There is free online training that covers most topics

Easy integration with current data ecosystem is essential since TimeXtender becomes even more valuable when it integrates well with the tools I already use. Having dependable customer service available via several channels is beneficial since it offer a safety net for any queries.
