It's always on. We can take a temperature check of our employee engagement, as a whole organisation or by team (or other category) at any time. The communicate feature has been very valuable to give employees a voice (anonymously) and so that their comments don't just disappear. We answer every one and can have a dialogue about a tricky issue, even if we don't know who the employee is, it means people don't dwell on things and we find a resolution. Great that we can talk to a group of people because of their views also, to find out more contextual information, even if they are spread across the company - a very cool feature.
