The things best about ThoughSpot are: 1. The user interface is extremely well thought out. It is extremely easy to use. In fact, it just took me half an hour to learn and start building pinboards on ThoughtSpot. Even our business users who do not have technical background could pick it up easily. This gave them self service ability as well 2. The costing model is extremely good as well. Seeing that now there are a huge number of users for any report in a large company, pricing based on storage space instead of number of licenses is a very good model 3. The company listens: we kept putting in various requests of what should be added to TS, one being materialized views and in the next release it was added as a feature. The feedback mechanism is very good
