The training I received from Thomas International was comprehensive and well delivered. An essential part of my ILM7 journey.

I had done SDI assessment in a previous job, and the comparisons with the Thomas International assessment was very eye-opening. Coupled with the assessment of how that works within a team scenario was very interesting. Particularly as we are a new team having highlighted areas of potential conflict (some of which had definitely already been evidenced!) - I hope as an organisation we will be able to reflect on this new information and be able to build up stronger.

The assessments are invaluable for both assisting with hiring decisions as well as team and individual development, and the training courses provided have given me excellent confidence in provided feedback to my employees when completing their assessments.
