I really like how Kahua has significantly improved our project management processes by solving crucial issues we faced with multiple PSCs on the same project. Previously, we had to create separate projects to accommodate extra PSCs, but Kahua allows us to manage multiple PSCs within a single project effectively. This feature eliminates the cumbersome workaround we had to use before. Kahua also reduces our workload by streamlining processes, such as avoiding double entry in both project management and financial management systems. A specific feature that stands out is the e-sign functionality, which streamlines the signature process for change orders and eliminates the time-consuming task of back-and-forth emailing for signatures. This has notably enhanced our efficiency. The introduction of AI capabilities that facilitate quick, easy app creation and customization is also something I highly value. These powerful tools make my work more flexible and dynamic, allowing for a much more streamlined and customized project management experience.
