The Queue-fair virtual waiting room was a game-changer for our registration process. One registrant sent this message: "Smoothest sign-up ever. The queue system works SO much better." Having the queue helped prevent frustration, website crashes, continual refreshing — the registration process was monumentally improved. But in addition to having an excellent product, Queue-fair has incredible customer service. They were responsive and helpful, and made the entire set-up process extremely easy. And their pricing was extremely competitive — they even have a free version, which is such a valuable service to provide. I highly recommend

Flexible and User-Friendly with Exceptional Support

I like the personal support I get from Queue-Fair, especially from Matt, who was there with a support call when we had no clue how to advance and made sure everything was working perfectly. I also appreciate that the software is simple to use and flexible. Additionally, the initial setup was easy.
