I have received excellent support from our assigned Sage consultant. He was very knowledgable, patient, a good trainer, and just a great person to work with. He also knew the company and our Sage customizations very well. Unfortunately, this consultant has left The Answer Company, so we don't have a dedicated consultant anymore. We are now using the general support centre for support requests. I have been satisfied with their service so far. The consultants that I have worked with were very knowledgable and friendly, and if they couldn't help with a certain issue they would find somebody who could. We also seem to be gravitating to using the same consultants, which gives me hope that we will end up building a relationship with a single consultant again. This is helpful as it means that the support consultand doesn't come in "cold" each time.
