When we first started using Textbox I wasn't a huge fan. It was very basic. However, they have made a lot of upgrades and it is so user friendly now. There's an app and desktop version. It's easy to make groups and update contacts. It integrates with our website which is huge.

I love how you have the constructor and segments in one program. The pre-built email marketing automation workflows available are fantastic. The platform is visually appealing and generally easy to use. The user interface is extremely clean, and easy to find what you are looking for. What I enjoy the most are the tracking links and the display of statistics. I also like that the templates are very up-to-date. I love that they have so many email templates. Email marketing is a very important and direct form of communication with your customers.
