Easy to Use as user or non professional in starting i we didn't want to hire full time tester.
best about the testpad is we don't need help of quality analyst. as a user we can also test the product in better way. yes having a tester helps you alot when you are also using test pad. but in starting we doesnt need at all. their was issue once and customer support was helpful very much. so now we are testing our product on testpad all the times.
