Tessitura is a system that is wonderful for ticketing. It is robust and hold all of our donor information on the development side. It allows us to customize records, add and remove attachments, set up reminders for follow ups, etc.

I love how easy it is for students to learn. The ticket agents are all students, and they master tessitura in a short amount of time.

I love how Tessitura tracks history for foundations and individuals in the same way, and that it can help track recurring gifts/deadlines without having to re-input that information each fiscal year.
