Convenient and great tool we use with Salesforce

If the caller has recently contacted us via website and has entered all their information, we upload a csv to place them into salesforce. When a call comes in, almost immediately the tenfold pop out screen appears with the person's information. Easy to use and can enter notes directly from pop out screen. Nice to know if someone truly called a client. Proof is in the tenfold.

I like the in depth analysis on call performance above all. You can check with details your implication from day to day which allows you to create a very useful summary to approach and optimize future calls.
