10kc has been an amazing tool for internal networking. Working at a large institution it has really streamlined the possibility of meeting a variety of coworkers in many differenr business units with a wide array of experiences. this tool takes a lot of the stress out of networking. cutting down on organizing and searching time. helps with meeting colleagues who are also interested to network. in my own personal career journey, i was matched with a colleague who had a very similar choice in career direction as myself. i was able to build a strong connection and gain mentorship to help me carve my own path. happy to have had this platform available and im still an avid user and promoter.
