integrated system with zoho desk

i have been using the calling facility of telecmi with zoho desk. Previously we are using the mobile phone connect facility. now telecmi helps to make calls easily from the system.

effortless calls making to singapore

We like the telecmi calling system which helps us to make calls to singapore, malaysia and other apac countries. The customer support is responsive and if there is any connectivity issue they will try to resolve it immediately. Our users make calls with the desktop/laptop directly and others use mobile, it is very user friendly.
