great softphone dialer for us calling

I have been using the Telecmi service for more than a year and happy with their services. It is very simple and easy to agents for making the calls. Also for admin it is a easy interface to map the users in our queue.

easy monitoring of executives

we like the telecmi integration with Zoho CRM, helps us to make calls directly from the CRM and log activities are captured against the leads. Telecmi team entirely helped and guided during the implementation which helped us to easily use the system

user friendly interface

easy to use the telecmi softphone with the call masking facility, helps to mask the caller number along with the complete monitoring. Easy to implement the ivr setup with user friendly dashboard
