We appreciate TeleCMI for its easy-to-design IVR flows that enhance customer experience. Our API platform is integrated with TeleCMI, which makes it easier for us to seamlessly integrate with TeleCMI. As a CRM provider, we offer an additional facility to directly make calls from our CRM. TeleCMI provides such an SDK facility. Also we get the prompt support from TeleCMI team which is more helping us
