It operates like any website or software program out there. Other DMS/CRM systems in the past seemed to have specific auto funtions/operations that had a long learning curve. However, Tekion operates in a way where any person in jump in and can use reasoning to find what they need. I was around when we changed from Reynolds & Reynolds to CDK, and now from CDK to Tekion. This switchover was way faster.

The Financial Statement is the bomb. They spent a lot of time on GM programming of this tool.
