They have a great EHR. I've used at least half a dozen different EHRs throughout the years. And Kareo is a my favorite

I find Kareo to be extremely use friendly; I precept several students in my office and find Kareo to be very easy to explain to new users.

Kareo's customer service is by far the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have worked with many EHR's and Billing Softwares and Kareo is by far the most user friendly. There aren't a ton of extra steps to complete the tasks needed and there are an abundance of customizable reports to keep you on track. Their EDI enrollment process is also extremely simple and they work with you directly to complete each payer.
