The most user friendly billing software I’ve used

|Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)
This system is by far the most user groove encountered. I haven't had any problems while entering claims or collecting payments.

Off Shore call centers! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

|Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)
They randomly inflate their bills, requiring you to call them to resolve the issue at which point you will wait 30-45 minutes before being passed from one clueless individual to the next. Do not recommend!

Overall a solid EHR with many bells and whistles.

|Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)
My favorite feature of Kareo is having so many features in one package. Having the EHR, billing, telehealth, credit card processing, electronic prescribing and patient portal all in one platform is exactly what I wanted and needed.
