New user and very difficult to use

|Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)
We essentially just stated using Kareo. When we did the initial demo for the program, it seemed pretty used friendly. However, since Kareo changed to Tebra, the entire aesthetic of the program changed and it is very difficult to use. It is not the same program.

The customer service is k incredible. Even if I have a problem with the service itself, the staff are Kareo is always so incredibly helpful!
