Less User Friendly Registration, Difficult Integration

Their prices are not affordable. It is great if they provided deals like their competitors do but it does not yet. Sometimes I miss their renewal messages, which puts my domains at risk. It seems difficult for them to compete with the prices provided by others in the industry making it tough to solely rely on them for domain registration.

There are areas for improvement in the benefits of using iwantmynames services

They need to be improved in terms of matching prices and providing promotions. There have been instances where renewal messages were missed which caused some concerns about domain loss.
