TCN's statistics are easy to get to and their Analytics Dashboard is one of a kind and customizable. We have been able to create our own in-house DR solution using TCN's inbound customizable templates with our Uniphore IVA. And we have experienced up-time as we have never experienced with past vendors that we have used.
