Tan Duc Technical Development and Trading Joint Stock Company (TD&T) is originally Tan Duc Technical Development and Trading Company Ltd., a joint business entity between the State Committee of Science and Technology (the Ministry of Science and Technology now) and the Vietnam General Institute of Sciences (the Vietnam Institute of Sciences and Technology) established in 1991 under the Decision No. 67/VKH-QĐ of the Vietnam General Institute of Sciences and re-registered accordingly to the Corporation Law in 1992. In order to satisfy the need of development the Company has changed its business registration following the form of a Joint Stock Company since March 2002.
