I am a school teacher that has been using Talking Points for years. I love the ease of use, the language translation feature that enables parents to stay connected in their language and overall just the practicality of Talking Points!

It is so convenient to be able to connect with families who do not speak fluent English, and even those that do, all in the same place! I find that parents respond quickly because the message is received in the form of a text, and it is easy for them to reply in their native language. The app automatically translates for the teacher and parent, and translation quality is good! If parents use incorrect grammar or spelling, there is a button to have a human translator help with the translation. I have built so many meaningful relationships with my students' parents that would have not been possible without TalkingPoints!
