I had been using Remind to communicate with parents and caregivers of students in my large adults with intellectual disabilities program. It was okay; however, I'm so glad that I made the switch the TalkingPoints. It's a simple interface. The ABSOLUTE BEST PART is that families can choose the language they receive texts! I no longer need to use Google Translate three or four times for each message. I also love that I can send a group message and get indivudiual responses.
