I love how easy TalkingPoints is to use, and how it translates into the native language of the recipient (or whatever they choose). I love how messages can be scheduled, and when it suggests I am using language that is too difficult for some recipients.

Talking Points helps me keep in contact with families with the languages they are most comfortable with. This makes them, and I, feel heard and understood.
