I liked that Sigma Plot integrates well with other data formats such as excel sheets, csv's, and xml files.

Visual presentation of the plots are really good.

The ability to create meanful graphics from pretty much any format of an excel document is very helpful. I used this a lot in my master's program when I was studying business analytics and it saves a lot of time for analysts! It's also a lot easier to use than other similar softwares.
