Fast and attentive service

|Syncplify
We had an instance of a client that was blacklisted and we did not know why. I opened a support ticket and very quickly was provided with the posible reasons for blacklisting. Support was fast, accurate and professional. I also like the logging facility withing Syncplify. The truth is in the logs!

What is Syncplify?

The current description for the company says "Syncplify.me FTP! is a totally free, graphical, multi-threaded FTP, FTPS, and SFTP client for Windows". However, that's very wrong. I will put new information in the next box
