I love that I don't have to open many tabs or apps - everything I need I can find in Worklair. I can track projects and team progress, chat with a team member or a client, and observe dashboard and financial information. I also like that it's customizable and I can play with it and adjust it the way it makes me comfortable. It's also nice that there's a mobile version, so whenever I am away from the laptop I can still stay in touch and don't miss anything important.
