I really appreciate the quick and effective customer service from Cadmium Events and Education Platform. They bring valuable knowledge and are always willing to step in to help, while also giving us the freedom to manage our tools on our own. The platform provides an improved user experience for our speakers, exhibitors, and attendees and makes backend management easy for our staff. I admire that Cadmium is always willing to work with us to troubleshoot specific needs and implement solutions or work-arounds. Setting up Cadmium was very easy, with provided templates and a plug-and-play type of build.

I like having all correspondence and email history in one place, as it eliminates the need to search through Outlook for emails from individuals. It's also great that all faculty assignments are in one place and easy to access for both parties.
