Sweet Process is a fantastic tool that allows for easy documentation of procedures, processes, and policies. The copy-paste function for visuals or pictures is fantastic and easy. The option to embed videos into procedures or processes is amazing and helps onboard new hires more quicker.

SweetProcess's best features are its centralized SOP creation and organization, task delegation and progress tracking capabilities, and notification reminders. These features help businesses streamline processes, improve workflow, and hold team members accountable.

What's not to like about Sweetprocess? I love the accountability that this holds me to, and equally my coworkers! You don't have to figure out who's court the ball is in, the software does it for you. Where a project is, and who has it, and who needs it. Takes the need to constantly send friendly, "Hi, just a friendly reminder to......" emails! Sweetprocess will send out emails (reminders") to whoever is holding the project up. If you need to remember the steps of a project or operational process, it is right there! Love it
