No credit card required, no complicated logins, just a direct platform to quickly make surveys with more nuances than say Survey Monkey. Easily implemented, in that anyone with a business email can start making surveys and polls. The customer support is rarely ever needed, but they usually get back within 24-48 hours on business days. The frequency of use for this is a few times a month for me, and it's easily integrated into any company at any level. Does not require IT setup.
