This co-browsing tool runs directly in the browser, where all other tools needs additional software. This makes it very easy and safe to use. It has and does everything you need and expect from a product like this. I almost use it everytime when I have to support one of my clients from a distance. Explaining things is one, but just hopping into a Surfly session together makes everything so much smoother and easier. My clients are very impressed by it as well!
