At this moment, nothing about SuperAGI is great. From the outset, the platform was not fit for purpose, we were unable to send a single campaign for months due to a combination of bugs, data issues, and incorrect initial setup. More concerning was the lack of core functionality required for compliant email marketing. Basic requirements, such as automated unsubscribe handling, were not in place. This introduces significant regulatory risk and is something no business should have to manage manually on an email platform.
