Fantastic for Building Frameworks and Processes - Lacks a Bit in Examples

I loved getting the chance to meet other CSMs and just hear how everyone was using the tools to meet their customers where they were at. Additionally, it was a great tool for our internal team to use to grow in our impact to customers. It opened the door for a lot of great conversations.
